360Precision Shipping Options
We offer three shipping options:
- FedEx: 1-3 days standard. Up to 4 days to destinations like Australia, South Africa etc.
- Standard Courier: 3-6 days standard. Up to 8 days to destinations like Australia, South Africa etc.
- Free Shipping: 4-10 days standard. Up to 14 days to destinations like Australia, South Africa etc.
Both the FedEx and standard courier options are fully trackable and require a signature on delivery. The free shipping option is not trackable but we have found this service to extremely reliable if a little slow.
If you need your order delivered in a rush please do not select the free shipping option.
The general cut-off time for same day shipping is around 2pm as the couriers arrive for collections anywhere between 2:30-5pm. If you order after 2pm and we can get it shipped same day we will do our best.
For same day FedEx orders to the USA the cut-off time is 11:30am GMT as the order needs to be back at the depot before 2pm. If we receive the order after 11:30am GMT then the order will be collected the next business day. For FedEx to other destinations the cut-off time for orders is 2pm.
PS We cannot ask FedEx to leave the package without a signature or with a neighbour etc. If you want the package to be left unattended then you need to call FedEx and have a signature release authorised.
360Precision's Return Policy
This returns policy covers 360Precision branded hardware products sold and shipped via 360Precision.com only. Orders placed via our partner websites or resellers fall under the refund policies of such 3rd parties and resellers. Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights if the product/s are covered by the DSR Act.
Distance Selling Regulations UK
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery of your order. The DSR act applies to all standard 360Precision Atome rotators only. Custom Absolute, built-to-order Absolute, Adjuste MK2 or Adjuste Giga heads are not covered under the DSR act.
All 360Precision products are covered by 360Precision's own change of mind 30 day return policy.
For goods returned which are not faulty a full refund will be given. Please retain receipt for proof of posting to obtain your refund.
The 30 day returns policy does not apply to built-to-order Absolutes or any parts made to a customers specifications.
All other products may be returned within 30 days for a full no questions asked refund.
Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights if the product/s are covered by the DSR Act.
Full refunds minus any outbound and inbound shipping costs, re-stocking and or any other fees including exchange rate fluctiations, payment processing fees etc will be processed within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item. We will notify you via email the full amount of the refund.
Hardware items purchased as part of a software bundle can be returned but the amount refunded for the 360Precision product may not be the full retail price. Hardware bundles consisting of multiple hardware products must be returned as a full bundle. The cost of any item included in a hardware bundle not returned to 360Precision Ltd be will deducted in full from any refund issued. Please be aware that the items individual cost can be higher than its bundled component cost.

Product Replacements or exchanges
Simply return the product in it's original packaging and we will either replace the damaged/worn part or send out a replacement products.
